We just had our ensuite renovated by Ontario Stone Design (OSD). Lela - owner of OSD - was there every step of the way. She is very knowledgeable, with 15+ years in the industry. Lela impressed us with her down to earth friendly style. She offered suggestions but didn't impose. Any issues/concerns were addressed to our satisfaction quickly. We are very happy with the new ensuite as it has exceeded our expectations. It has been a pleasure to work with Lela and her staff. We look forward to working with them in the future!
As a contractor we do many projects that require OSD’s services. Product is great quality and Lela seems to really care about customer satisfaction and addressed all of our concerns about picking up flat pack cabinets.. I would also like to ad they came through when our so called contractor who renovating our kitchen couldn't do the job and what he did do is a handyman special. Not sure how they got to thinking they was able to do a kitchen reno..Lesson learned use the individual people who specialize in one trade..Thank you again to Scott and Lela
