We were referred to Granite Plus from our kitchen cabinet company. The process for selecting our quartz counter through to installation was great and the price was affordable. Since install, we've been less impressed. We had some visible seams at the counter edge which took a long time and multiple visits to have someone repair them. Even now they aren't satisfactory, but I don't know what more can be done. After only a year and 4 months, our undermount sink has now become detached. Despite our initial first impressions, I have not been impressed with the overall quality of our counter and install and would not recommend them.
Excellent service from start to finish. Sophia was very helpful in selecting the quartz... Jerry did the measurements and the installation was very professional. I'm so thrilled and delighted with the countertop and the backsplash. My new kitchen is a dream come true.
We had a specific design in mind for our countertops, and our communications were via phone/email as we were out of state during the template measurement and installation. Granite Plus worked closely with us to get the material we wanted and installed it per our design. Everyone was courteous and responsive throughout the process. We haven't seen the final install in person yet -looks great in pics - , but we would highly recommend using Granite Plus based on our experience.

Purchased home through a home builder who used Granite Plus. Upon acceptance, the granite appeared satisfactory. I missed it on the 30 day form, but the kitchen island was warping and then the only two seams in the countertop had shifted and split. The seams were looked at and repaired in January 2019, and the island was replaced in May 2019. The one seam had split again and the other a little uneven, in October 2019 and have been trying since then to get them to come back for a repair. In my situation, I feel I am getting empty promises as the “I will try and get it scheduled in the next two weeks or I will let you know when I have someone coming that way” kind of responses. Just not getting anywhere with them this second repair time around. In a way it is not worth the time, but for accountability reasons it is, in order to see if they stand by their product and service. I am quite certain there has been some adequate opportunities from the last October for this repair, and I have received responses to say something would be happening (October 21, 2019, Nov 6, 2019-no response, Jan 6, 2020, Jan 29, 2020, and finally June 8, 2020-no response). I have been fairly patient with this, along with other house issues I have had, but I will continue to monitor and log what transpires. Currently for quality and service, one star is the best I can do based on my experience with the efficiency of not getting a small repair completed in a timely fashion.
My parents have incredibly high standards for anything and everything. They never have a contractor or service they are happy with in. That is, until Granite Plus. My parents had granite plus install granite in their kitchen, powder, room, master ensuite, and main bath. Their experience was incredibly positive which led me to visit Granite Plus three times in three years for our various remodels. The staff has been incredibly positive and supportive. Their pricing is competitive (although, to be honest didn't shop around because we felt so comfortable with them). From templating, to installation, the company is highly professional. Even when there was a slight issue with an installation last year, they came by and rectified it in record time. This is an amazing company that treats customers like they really matter. I head a felling my caesarstone pieces wore not done properly after raising a concern with installers they told me that it is normal for this type of material since its hard to deal with. After few weeks i thought i would not notice the mistakes but i did every day. I took few pictures and went to local granite shop rock with us and asked for help. Right away they could see the mistakes and pointed them out as i suspected, this was bad craftsmanship rock with us told me, bottom of the corners is rounded to much then the top it just looks plain ugly, when observed you can see a 80 degree angle instead of perfect 90. I ordered pencil edge my edge is way to much rounded all the way to the surface and edge is not the same length across the surface this is unacceptable. I cant believe this was allowed to leave the granite plus shop. Rock with us was able to help by shaving 1/8 all around to be able to fix the problems. Reason i did not call Granite Plus to fix the problems is that they lied to me in my own house by telling me this is how its suppose.
