I’ve used this company for fireplace maintenance for years and love the technician that has a come a few times in the past. I called recently to book an appointment as it’s due for maintenance and a cleaning. The lady I spoke to repeatedly and extremely rudely told me that “we don’t do that” I explained that I’ve been using the company for years to which she rudely responded “yeah, we don’t do that”. So I inquired if they knew of another reputable company who may have taken over that portion of their business since I’d used them for years but “they don’t do that” anymore to which I was insulted for not “googling” it my self. The maintenance portion of the business is still listed on the website so all in all it was a very rude and confusing correspondence.
The Source has always helped me whenever I enter their store. I needed an antique pin for my indoor fire stove door. They sourced it out right away, even though it was a 40-year old stove. Every time I go in they help me with anything I need. Highly recommended!!!
My elderly parents needed their central air, furnace and water heater all replaced. I recommended they call The Source for Home Comfort because I knew a trustworthy job would be done with very high quality products. Great job.
I strongly advise against trusting this company. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would recommend staying far away. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that offer better service and peace of mind. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

His knowledge and meticulous care has left me with a perfect fireplace. He cleaned up afterwards like he was never there.
