I arrived 7 minutes before closing and they wouldn’t let me in. They proceeded to laugh at me while leaving. Will never be coming to this location again
I ordered a bacon tea biscuit breakfast sandwich on my way home this morning around 9:45 am. When I got home, I got sausage instead of bacon, in which I cannot have. I was the only customer in the store, so it's not like they were busy and they still couldn't get that right. That's money I just threw into the garbage!! Thanks a lot!! I wasn't even given a receipt, so therefore, can't submit a complaint on their website (how convenient). I will not return to the location!

The food is consistent with every other Wendy’s. This review is for the amazing service at the drive-thru yesterday with Derek. He was so positive and jolly, making a simple drive-thru an absolute experience. We appreciate the work you do Derek ?
My parents took my children to this Wendy’s location for lunch today, and unfortunately, they had a disappointing experience. My 10-year-old son came home visibly upset and described the staff, including the manager, as “lacking patience.” According to him, the staff were rude to my mother, who is a Hispanic woman and speaks English as a second language. Her order was taken incorrectly, and instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff were dismissive and unkind when she asked for it to be corrected. I’m concerned about how this situation was handled and hope that someone from head office will review the store’s security footage or speak with staff to ensure customers—especially those from diverse backgrounds—are treated with respect and courtesy.
I love this location but the diet coke and coke zero needs to be repaired they have been broken for nearly a month and taste like soda water . The staff has made the owner aware of this for.the last past 4 weeks but it doesn't appear to be repaired yet . This Is a great location and great staff but the services to the customer isn't being addressed regarding the diet coke and coke zero products . Please repair this asap I am forced to eat at Burger king across the street to get food and drinks until it is repaired
