Stopped in on a whim between jobs and was absolutely pleased with this place. Price was great. Food was greater. A solid meal for the price, unlike the big chain burger/chicken joints. I ordered a chicken burger and declined forks or spoons. Had to go back in as I was unknowingly treated to beans, salad and fries in the meal. EVERYTHING got polished off. Great value and taste!!!
The good: I tried pulled pork and pulled brisket for the first time here. It is amazing! I regularly order the pigskins, large potatoes skins with pulled pork and topped with cheese. These taste fantastic, and you get 4 half potatoes. 3 of them fill me up, but I manage to cram the 4th into my gullet somehow. The Chubby Cheesy Garlic Bread is the best garlic bread I've ever had. They use soft hamburger buns, and very generous with garlic butter and cheese. The fantasy burger is also amazing. The bad: I tried the ribs once. It was the only thing I did not like. There was a lot of fat on it which should have rendered in the smoking. My wife and kids also didn't like them any more then me. I ended up throwing out most of the full rack. Although this was very disappointing, I believe it must have been an anomaly, since everything else is so good, but the ribs are just too expensive for me to want to try it again. They still get 5 stars from me because, like I've said, everything else is so good, and I recognize that sometimes anomalies happen. If I ever bring myself to try the ribs again, and again they are bad, I'll drop my rating to 4 stars. If they are good, I'll remove the "The bad" section. I recommend this place, for sure. An aside: The pulled meat and skins are so good that I decided to buy a smoker (I got a Masterbuilt 1050) and learn how to smoke. I've now smoked chicken, ribs, pork shoulder, roasts, turkey, loins, backs, bacon, perogies, corn, salami, pepperoni, chorizo, and more. It's now my main diet.
Yesssssss. .. Pulled pork craving always solved in this place. Big serving. Been here for many times now. They never messed up with our orders. We get what we ordered. No long wait. 15 minutes the longest. Fair price. Clean and friendly people. Love ?
Poutine is amazing. Fries are done perfectly. Pulled pork poutine was really good. This routine is between 15 and 20. Portions are huge. Corn bread is delicious but definitely as a dessert.
OMG, Big Bone BBQ is one tasteful BBQ ribs I have try ?? Greatest ribs and Wings. Friendly environment and excellent service. The waitstaffs are very nice. Very family oriented. Definitely will visit more often with my friends and my family, highly recommend.??
I have tried to order multiple times and cannot get through. Nobody answers the phone and there is no way to leave messages. I would love to try and then will update my review.
I seriously can’t stress enough how good the food is here. Burgers are so juicy, wings are so crispy… and the ribs just explode with taste in your mouth. Definitely one of the best bbq places in all of Ontario I might say. 10/10 service, 10/10 establishments. And the workers are extremely nice people. Love this place.
