I went there on last Friday morning and had a wonderful experience also it was my first time trying any vegan spot but it was worth. The girl working there was very sweet and welcoming , would definitely visit again.
I’m sad to leave a negative review because as a vegan with very very limited options to eat fast food, I would hate to see this place close and I truly appreciate that odd burger restaurant exists. A couple of weeks ago I was so hungry and drove out of my way for a breakfast sandwich and tater tots. Anybody who is a vegan knows there are no vegan breakfast sandwiches unless you make it yourself. I placed a door dash order for pick up and drove to pick up my food. The one guy working there during small talk told me the pizzas are good but not on the app that day because they do not have all the ingredients in stock to make one today, but proceeded to tell me to order one next time as they are really good. I pick up my bag and drive home. I sit down to eat and not only is there no cheese on it, he added an absurd amount of ketchup to it and literally smashed the buns together. I’ve never been so upset after being so hungry. I called to complain and nobody answered the phone so I left a voice message. I then sent an online complaint and haven’t heard back from anybody. I’m so disappointed and upset in the way they didn’t care to acknowledge this situation.
November 11 2025 Update! I have tried the soft tacos and the personal pizza, since my last review. Delicious! Been meaning to try Odd Burger. Saw a special BOGO on Uber Eats so I thought, why not? I was so impressed! The Preposterous Burger was so good, and the fries were so crispy and delicious: I can't wait to go back and try something else!
So grateful for all the delicious vegan options. Staff is friendly, service is good and food is amazing. I recommend to order off the app, get points and take advantage offers like a free milkshake on your birthday!
I’m sad to be leaving such a low review when this restaurant has been my favourite one for over a year. But after kindly inquiring about an issue with an order they’ve been ignoring my multiple emails for months. I ordered a famous burger with a gluten free bun and it didn’t come with the middle bun. They tried to argue that the gluten free one doesn’t come with a middle bun when I’ve ordered this exact burger many many times and it always has. Otherwise I’d order the preposterous burger for less money because that’s what I was basically given. My biggest disappointment is the ignoring me when I’ve tried multiple times to reach out about this. Not necessarily this restaurants fault but they were the ones who made the incorrect order. The customer service is what’s been disappointing and I don’t know if I’ll continue to order from here which sucks because it was my favourite.
Never freaking come here. First of all who the hell wants to eat plant based food, I came here with the kids and wife and expected to have a good time but no. NEVER AGAIN, don’t even get me started on the workers.
This place doesn't take cash, so they're losing business because not everyone wants to be a cashless clown and I refused to pay with a debt card or credit card. Any restaurants and businesses that doesn't take cash, I won't be doing business with them plain and simple as that.
