The BEST fabric store that i have ever been to. My wife and I have been going here for over a decade and have spent thousands! In fact one of our first times there when we were around 18 my wife was just getting into making dresses and I just got my first well paying job we went here to find some fabric she would need to make her first dress. We originally were just window shopping (trying to get a feel for what she may need) and somehow we stumbled into this other room with some of the most gorgeous fabrics we’ve ever seen. Needless to say things kinda got away from me and i left $1500 poorer than when we came in. The staff is so helpful! Actually helpful doesn’t even describe it. This wonderful lady (I assume the owner) practically kick started my wife’s small online business. My wife was making a baby sling for her nephew and wasn’t sure which fabrics were durable enough and had enough stretch and this saint of a woman knew exactly what she needed! My wife now makes baby slings as hobby/business. On a personal note that I hold very near and dear to my heart, my grandmother raised me and used to make her own cloths. She would drag me around to tons of fabric stores. A lot of my time was spent at Lens Mills store. I only wish she was alive to have seen how perfect of a store this is
Can I give this store 10 stars? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to this store for the first time and there was no power. As I was pondering if I should walk away (thinking the store was closed) a lady walked up to the entrance to let me in and said "we have no power but we are open". I didn't know what fabric I wanted to buy and Diane walked me to different areas of the shop, showing me many different options. She was being super honest as she was doing this and no intention to push for a sale. She explained different fabrics to me and why some were not a great choice for what I needed. She also said "for your first sewing project, don't buy an expensive fabric". She is amazing and I'll definitely go back. The shop has a great selection of fabric and great prices. Thank you Diane✨
One of my favorite fabric supply stores. As a designer the extra mile Diane goes to order my special lace is unheard of. Last time I needed veil tulle in a rush... She had it ready on the desk before I walked in. Love you for your great service.

Yes, absolutely! This is a great store to buzz the imagination. I love the special occasion / bridal section. My sister, when visiting from the States, said that she only found this kind of selection of bridal laces in New York City, and was thrilled to find these here.
I've been coming here for years! The ladies are always so helpful and will always help me find exactly what I need for my projects! And will often recommend better options if what I am looking at will not work out for a particular project. They dont push things on you like other shops. And just make you feel great! They are always just so welcoming! Automatically my go to stop! Very rarely, in my 10 years of living in Hamilton, have they not had exactly what I needed!
They have very wide selection of fabrics. They come with nice prints and colours. Their prices are great too so you can get a lot of materials for your project(s). The staff is very helpful too. With the pandemic, they limit you from touching the fabric which is fair so that's something to keep in mind.
