Date/Time of Visit: June 7, around 4:35pm was first visit to this Fabricland location as we were visiting the area. Very well organized and friendly staff who were very helpful when giving some advice and assistance when looking for items. Parking can be challenging at this location, however we got lucky by finding a spot right in front store on the main road.
Toxic staff, wide selection of items but hate going in there. It's indicative of the company and how they treat their staff. They are unhappy there. Worse customer service, unfriendly. Want happier staff? It starts from the top, corporate level.
This place is THE best. I have to thank all of the kind and patient women who helped me choose fabrics and consulted me on my projects. Fabricland also has the best prices on everything you need for sewing. Their competitive pricing is absolutely unbelievable. Keep your eyes out for their specials, they are amazing! Everytime I go here, everything I need is always on sale and it makes me feel so blessed. HIGHly recommend this place if you love smoking a sweet joint and picking out some awesome fabrics at an amazing price. Best of luck on your sewing projects!
The 2 clerks that helped me were unfriendly and not helpful at all. In they boarded in rude! And I had to call the one at the till on her comments. I was disappointed! But the time before, some other clerks were very helpful. They do need more variety of Christmas prints, very basic!!
The only place to shop for fabric, notions etc in the area. Unfortunately they usually seem to be sold out of the size zipper I'm looking for. Would hope they'd have always have full stock considering how many sewers rely on them.
