So I went in to purchase something , dude with the slick hair says why you asking so many questions? To which I responded I will take my money elsewhere then thank you and goodbye. Like who walks into a scooter shop and says YA I WILL TAKE THE THE RED SCOOTER?? Wake up your customer service is garbage ?️
Bought a used bike. fir my son He choose the second hand one against my advice and the staff appeared to back his choice The owner sealed the deal with my son By telling him the. Bike coat 3000.00 originally but didn't say how old it was On his first ride the bike lost its pedal and because of loose bolts The pedal got stuck in the chain which causes the chain to break He was lucky he wasn't killed by the fast stop He ended up stranded on the side of the road Now the pedal is stuck in the chain wheel The bike should if been checked for safety and made sure the pedals were On properly and bolts on right I And there was signs of a bad repair And electric tape on some cords instead of replacing the wires It was a cheap patch up job on second hand ebike Not worth a third of what we paid Stay away from second hand bikes form this store The cheap fix with electric tape Instead of replacing a wire Was reckless I regret the purchase And will report the bike for safety reason it was not safe to ride or inspected properly It should never of left the showroom And I am lucky my son is alive
Was there today had my e bike looked at I had just purchased from a friend they were extremely helpful and kind serviced my bike knew I was on a budget and worked with me even helped me with a helmet So i didn't get a ticket will definitely be back !
I called in to see if they would fix my back tire and they said come in unfortunately I couldn’t make it that time, I called another and the told me the same thing to come in right away! I went and I thought I had a hole in my tire think it would have to be all changed. The guy looked at it and it turned out it was only a small piece and he fixed it quickly I told him about other problems had with the bike like the brakes and mirror and he took his time and fixed it properly and at the end he didn’t even charge me for it and only took $40!!! Amazing customer service definitely recommended
Still Not impressed. Poor customer relations in regards to how they deal with past customers when they are having issues with a bike they bought from there location. That only want to be treated fairly and not taken advantage of just because they and a ruff week with sales.
This is the worst store ever...manager is so rude...very poor quality in bikes and the warranty is totally bogus...please smart consumers don't buy anything from this place.
bought 2 hawks a white one for my husband and a purple one for my self in June of 2016 owner and his son were very helpful helping us decide on the bikes we purchased Any issues we had with the bikes were quickly resolved . We were satisfied with our purchase and any questions we had were answered . We use our bikes daily and have since date of purchase they have always been very professional and honorable with my self and my husband and still answer any questions or concerns we have had I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a ebike .
