Got a flat on my escooter (10”) and they were very helpful! They replaced the inner tube within a day. Even tuned up my breaks. Very nice folks, would recommend :)
Can't say enough great things about this place! Just purchased a Surface 604 Colt a high quality Canadian ebike brand ?? Glen took the time to show me the selection of ebikes and answer all my questions with no high pressure sales tactics. Bike was ordered and arrived quickly as promised. Big shout out to Ryan as well! This guy has a passion for what he does. When I picked up my bike he walked me through it and helped me outfit it with all the accessories I requested, patiently, even though I arrived to pick up at 5 minutes til closing. Also met Jay who made sure my bike was ordered promptly even though he was away on vacation. Great people, great selection, so happy to support a local business that puts customers first. I recently purchased my Ebike - (trike) from Glen , absolutely outstanding service ,Glen encouraged me to try the bikes out to see what would be the best fit for my situation as I do struggle with health limitations. Love my Bintelli - trike so much fun, enjoyable to keep up with my kids and have my dogs ride with me. Such freedom - best money spent !
Very good experience. Glen was great! I didn't leave myself enough time to do the paperwork so Glen drove me to work and then dropped my new bike, helmet and lock off to me when I finished work. I have peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with the bike Glen will be there to assist me. Highly recommend. I used the finance option which was quick and easy.
