SCAM PAID 2K FOR. Scooter they promised delivered and haven’t got it nothing in 4 WEEKS AND THEY KEEP saying no they can’t ship it because they can’t find a charger ….!! I don’t know why they can’t just order a new one but keep getting the run around ….!!! STAY AWAY

Im not sure if Nate is a young business owner or sales representative. However he is pleasant and very knowledgeable and helpful as is Dutt. It's a mall and expensive to lease, I would have a few products charged and ready to roll for the impulse buyers and would it kill ya to bargain a bit, sometimes another 25- 50 bucks off or throw in a helmet, that can make or break a sale Buyers, do your homework on the bikes and have some idea of the cost and how the bike you want rates and storage if necessary. Other than that they look pretty sweet and they sell top of the line bikes. There are knock offs that look close but rust and break down after one season. All the best guys.
Very BAD store, do not buy from them! They were very helpful and persistent to sell, then after 1 month the charger for my electric bike blew up and now they are saying they have nothing to do with that, what a BAD customer service, and I paid over $8k for this bike, thanks guys, but never again!
An employee was extremely rude to me and my autistic toddler for playing with the cheap looking, half deflated display balloons. (He wasn’t causing any damage, he was just joyfully stimming away with them. He loves balloons) Will never be setting foot in this store again. - Seeing as this review just hit 500 views, I figured I should post an update. People, please do not visit this store. I’ve never heard anything good from anyone who’s visited here, aside from those trying to justify their purchases to themselves.. Listen to the bad reviews. The only good reviews are left by customers coerced into leaving a good review for “perks”. They’re grimy and I would not recommend anyone ever spending their hard earned cash here.
