Service was ok but the cleaning quality is absolutely awful. I sent my daughter's Moose knukckle coat to the store in Jackson Square just because I was going to the Art Gallery in Hamilton couple days in row. Figured I could just use the nearby dry clean service. I was charged $49.99 + HST. Im good with the price had the coat actually got cleaned. Never going there again.

Have been a repeat customer of this business and never have I ever had any bad experiences. All of my suits are always perfectly dry cleaned and the customer service from the owner to the employees is great. They always make me feel welcomed and cater to my needs. Change your google hours to represent your actual hours. Went to pick up my clothes and mentioned this to the company and they shrugged it off as if this service was not important to them. Also very pricey for the work they did
Went there on my lunch hour to drop laundry off for the first time. The premises were closed between noon and 1pm. Lady at the counter just waved me away. How can you operate a service in this manner. Needless to say I went down the street and was warmly received.
We are longtime customers at this site and usually have had a reasonable experience. It does vary as to who is there when picking up and dropping of. The people have varied quite a bit. Attitude is poor at times (not always) and recently we had a bad experience with our 15% reduction being not applied despite calling the head office. There is a closer dry cleaner who is much more flexible with their rates and will pick up and return.
