Brought in a clean shirt and got it back looking like this crap. New stains, random marks, and zero accountability. Absolute clown-level service. If you can’t clean clothes, you shouldn’t be in business. Waste of money and time never coming back. Would leave 0 stars if it was an option
So I am from the uk and I came to Canada for my wedding. I left my brand new tux, two brand new shirts, my Pakistani outfit. When I went to collect my clothes, every single item of my clothing had a problem. My Pakistani sherwani had a stain, my one shirt had the metal collar stays missing, my tux shirt had the black removable buttons missing and also a collar stays and two new black stains. My tux blazer was pressed in a way it left extra creases. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. The boss hung up the phone on me two times and did not even apologise once and took zero responsibility. I can accept if one thing went wrong and I could blame myself but every single item was ruined one way or another for my WEDDING. With no apology or anything. I paid $150 and gained nothing but liability. Your customer service needs some serious work. It’s impossible every single issue came out of nowhere. Everything was in brand new packaging. Disgusting. Wish I could do zero star.
Quality service. Was in a bit of a pickle due to poor time management and staff were able to take my dress for a rapid turn around time so I could wear it to a wedding ! My dress was cleaned and in brand new condition. Not a significant expense. Would recommend.
Zero customer service. The owner of the dry cleaner is so disrespectful and rude. I went there to ask for a missing part of my shirt and all they could say it’s that it’s almost 10months and hence they might have toss it away. They were not empathetic at all and the shop owner behaving like he is doing me a favour for bringing my cloths to dry clean with them. He doesn’t understand anything about customer service. My recommendation - Do not use their service. Thanks
I cannot say enough about the customer service here. This owner went above and beyond to make sure my trip was perfect. Totally mistook the location to be open until 8pm, arrived at around 6:15ish only to realize they close at 6pm. I frantically started messaging the owner through every channel possible. Within 30 mins, at 9pm at night, the owner contacted me and came to the location to ensure we had our items for travel. I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness and care. And the dry cleaning was FABULOUS! A++++
Overpriced is an understatement. VERY Simple sun dress, no sleeves, no collar, no pleats, no embelishments - not dirty! Charged 5.00 for a stain and $37 for the dress! Total $42. I asked how much a man's shirt costs....oh only $5.00 hmphhh? So way more fabric, dirty collars, underarm stains, long sleeves with cuffs, way more fabric than my dress and a challenging garmet to press. $5.00 vs $37? So is this weird gender descrimination or just plain highway robbery. Not good customer service when I questioned the price - he said, well you had the ticket and price on it when you droppped it off. Well in the olden days the price wasn't on 'the tickie'; so I did not look nor did I ask nor did you quote. THAT"S NOT THE POINT. Could have handled it better.
Been using this dry cleaner for years, has become over priced. Went to drop off some clothes for 48 hours cleaning and they wanted to charge $25 more. Once he saw I was not impressed he said he would do it for $15 more not interested will not go back.
