If I could give them (minus) -stars, I would! This company does NOT know how to conduct business in a friendly, understanding manner. My husband did service on their boiler and they refused to pay the invoice, sending us a nasty rude email. They obviously wanted free service and to get that, they complained about his not being able to find the problem right away. We've been in business for over 20 years and never had this level of blatant rudeness from a customer before. I am totally disgusted with this company and will let everyone know what their lack of morals are like.
Very disappointed. Angry actually! I had my daughter’s baptism dress dry cleaned but never got it back. I have to admit I did forget to pick it up and some time has passed but they claimed that I did pick it up July of 2017 . If I so called picked it up July 2017 that would mean my daughter would have been not even 1 years old! Gentleman began to tell me his system is NEVER wrong!!! I laughed as my daughter communion was April 2024. I’m livid and don’t know how this can be rectified!
I had my mother's white jacket cleaned they got out all the stains. I was so impressed I went back because I trusted them. I just recently brought a 30 year old communion dress that had a lot of pasta stains on it. When I picked up the dress I broke out crying - they had taken out every stain. The dress looked brand new. I was so impressed!!! This business is so professional and the staff is always friendly. I will definitely be giving my business to them. They made my day. Take care.

I have been looking for some special hangers that I needed and I called, drove from an hour away and was treated with a most friendly, accommodating gentleman. Thank you so very much! I had a very disappointing experience with Gracious Cleaner. They did not complete the service on time, and the staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She lacked knowledge about the services and was more interested in arguing than assisting. Poor customer service overall—I wouldn’t recommend them.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANERS!!! The worst experience ever. l do not recommend them at all. They ruined my dress and didnt even say anything to me, especially when the damage was very very noticeable. They didnt even offer to reimburse me
I used Gracious Dry Cleaners to dry clean a set of Pottery Barn drapes. They came back 5 inches shorter, and also completely wrinkled. Ruined my drapes for $60. Would bet they just threw them in a washing machine instead of dry cleaning. NOT HAPPY.
