He also has a business Burdin’s Dr Voice Coil and my husband has had a pair of speakers with him for at least a year now and he never answers the phone when we call to enquire about them. We came in once last fall as he had contacted us about them but it’s been months and we’ve heard nothing or can’t get in touch with him.
I came here with my two kids and was immediately greeted by a regular, the store owner, and the infamous puppy that many other reviewers mention - there was a great selection of comics and trading cards along with a shelf of very reasonably priced board games, I highly encourage anyone in the area to stop by and take a look around. Great store if you like digging and I do. If you know what you want they can find it quickly. Current comics and trades are displayed nicely. Owner is friendly and knows his comics. Cute little dog as his assistant.
Great place love the owner Garry is cool/good guy anytime i need anything i just call Garry am he holds it for me. Never could i ask for a better comic book guy. Come on people Burdins Comics is the place to go/be
I don't like to criticize a great shop like this but the yappy pet dog tried to hump my leg a few times, scratched me, and the owner was not apologetic at all. I like dogs, but they need to be trained, I also like people with dogs, but they need to leave the untrained pets at home, or train them to get along with customers. Update, see below.
Best comic shop in Hamilton hands DOWN. Owner keeps all issues in almost perfect condition, its unreal! Never seen back issues look this well kept. Great place, hard to leave lol Cannot recommend this place enough if you are serious about your comic books.
