Very kind, helpful staff, but the materials recommended damaged my scalp and left me with yellow hair even after applying the colour that was recommended :( I also felt a bit pressured to spend a lot. The developer I was advised was not for scalp use.
I have been going to this sallys for awhile used to get my nail polish here its great quality and i get my hair dye here a bit expensive but worth it and they are all so nice
If I could give 0 stars I would! Not only did the person serving us give me the wrong Color’s, she clearly didn’t know what she was doing or talking about because now I have a burn on my scalp from following her instructions on how long I should be leaving it on, and I now have to spend even more money to go to a salon for the Color to be fixed since the things bought to fix my color have actually made it much worse. So thank you to the store staff for misinforming a customer, but also thank you for selling customers wrong items and forcing them to spend more money than needed
Sales associate was very helpful, let me do my own thing until I asked for input. I’m colouring my 7,8&9 year olds hair semi colours. While I know my brands there are a few I’m unfamiliar with, the associate was helpful and told me past customers experiences. My total was a little over $80 and I think I definitely got the value in what I purchased. She also had green hair (as we discussed how she coloured her hair) so if you see this thank you very much!
Always get my hair dye here, this time I wanted to add subtle highlights and go lighter, Employees we’re so incredibly helpful and thanks to the only girls guidance my hair turned out exactly how I wanted ! Really impressed with her knowledge!
Charlie in particular on the team at this location is soooo great!! They helped me out with picking a good brand of semi-permanent hair dye. I ended up going with their suggestions- a BRIGHT bright bright pink from Manic Panic since Arctic Fox's pink kinda crapped out on me last time, and a forest green from Arctic Fox because, hey, second chances are cool! I'm naturally golden blonde and the pink from Manic Panic worked like a charm without any bleaching! Charlie is very pleasant to interact with and they know their stuff. Could not recommend going to see Charlie at this location more. ?♾️ Thank you!
Got the ion darkest charcoal permanent hair dye (developer too) as it was said by the employee to be the best selling permanent hair dye, and dyed my hair sunday. Left it in for almost an hour, was told I could use shampoo to wash it out so I did after an overall rinse. It is now Tuesday and my hair has faded back to my natural colour. Extremely disappointed.
