New customers not welcome. I tried 3 times to get an appointment and the 1st time I was told existing customers came first. Then I got an appointment and had to wait a month for it. The lockdown cancelled this appointment and I called for a rebooking and was told I'd have to wait another month. Definitely try another salon if you're a new customers.er.
Michelle & Matt, who own this BSO and several others, have been a lifeline during the pandemic... setting me up with professional products, offering curb-side pickup, and emailing detailed instructions for a multi-stage platinum look with shadow roots, which my husband and two adult sons did as a Mother’s Day gift! This is customer service at its very best!!!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, when I had trouble with a defective hairdryer that was no longer under warranty they went above and beyond to help me. Kristi is so knowledgeable and friendly!

I was greeted by two friendly women, and was served with the best customer service! They helped me find the perfect shampoo and conditioner that worked with my hair type, also gave me a few helpful tips!
