Come in here often and every time the service is consistent the store is very clean and the daily specials are super fairly priced which gives me a sense of options when I come in. Beautiful store and beautiful service.
We called in for 2 drinks yesterday evening, the guy took our order has zero energy for basic customer service lol. Walked in to pay and pick up the drinks but they haven’t even started even-though we were told it would be done in 5-10 mins. To be fair the drinks taste OK but the tapioca was HORRIBLE, MUSHY, either overcooked or it was the same batch since morning or whatever plus they were all sticked tgt ?, like come on … so disappointed bc this place used to be so good, all of my friends used to get drinks from here all the time..
I used to live in canada 4 years ago and i always went to this place. I missed this place so much. Hope one day i can go back and visit this store again
love the food at this store. I have visited a few times, and I have always received friendly service from the staff. There are also several options for vegetarians. When came here for the first time, I also received some helpful advice on what to order. will come back ?↕️
I’ve been coming here for over a year now and the food has been amazing every time! $5 Dynamite Rolls on Wednesday’s and 5% off when you pay with cash. Highly recommend!!
Had a delivery last month but they apparently don't deliver anymore, even though it allows me to do it on their website. The girl who answered the phone clearly needs to take a class in "customer service" as she could only get out one sentence before hanging up.
Me and my wife are crazy for sushi and we normally do august 8. We’ve always gone there for years and we decided to try Charlie’s chopsticks & by far it’s 1000 times better then august 8 and the atmosphere and explaining to us about food and all that as well and I’ll get some of the other options are and giving a suggestions I would recommend this place 100% for anybody to come here for sushi for any other food that people are truly amazing here.
