Never ever buy appliances from them. The customer service is wonderful, delivery is fast. But ALL of your appliances will break within 3-6 months, and they will ghost you. I bought 6 appliances from them. Microwave broke in 60 days. Fridge 6 months later and washing machine 7 months later. Called them and they don’t answer or reply. Terrible. So dissatisfied and disappointed
Had an amazing experience dealing with the team over the phone - there were able to assist me with all my questions and inquiries quickly. We were able to the new washing machine with the old one removed the very next day. Have used the new washing machine a couple times now and it has been perfect. Definitely recommend this team for all your appliances.
I can honestly say they take pride in providing good refurbished kitchen appliances. I purchased a Lg fridge and an oven and they quickly had them delivered and set up the next day. They are open 7 days a week and have a large selection to choose from. I would recommend them to everyone before shopping any where else.

They claim they are a legit business but upon drop off they don’t provide a receipt or warranty and Hassan who dropped it off was extremely rude and confrontational when I requested these documents instead he just wanted me to give him cash with no assurance. Backyard business with hustler kids delivering goods. Hassan had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The prices are overpriced compared to the cleanliness and very bad customer service. The prices are close to those of new products, so it’s better to buy something new instead.
Got a whirlpool washer from them - it keeps giving the error code and locking, they only give you 7 days too return or complain about whether the item works. I couldn't even get it installed within that time no less test the item even though they say they test before selling it to you. The lady on the other end acts as if all the risk is on the buyer and it's a risky business, basically implying customer service doesn't matter. I only bought it from them - because my dryer has to be gas. I buy my other used appliances from another company that repairs the appliances and guarantees them for a year and on top of that have better prices. There's better options on the market. I suggest looking elsewhere for ones that actually give you a reasonable guarantee of the item working.
