Bash is a very personable likeable man who preaches excellent customer service. And he definitely does provide good honest service. Purchased a very good used refrigerator from him. However there was a minor issue. Bash promised to remedy the problem asap. And that he did. He is a man of his word. Purchased fridge and it was delivered next day however stopped working one month later. Bash sent out service tech who fixed problem. No hassle, no excuses, no BS and no charges. They just fixed it and it has run perfectly for the last six months. Extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend Bash Appliances. Excellent quality and service. They truly do stand behind their sales.
