We found some cards to sell when we moved and tried another store who wanted us to submit them online. We came to Paradox and were helped right away and given cash on the spot. I will absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or sell cards. A very clean environment and friendly staff also!

Pretty good, I did an online order and everything was very well packaged. They even called me to ask if it's ok to open one of the products that came with a 'big' promo card so they could protect the promo separately. Order was shipped promptly and arrived without damage. The reason why this is not a 5 star review is because similar to what other people reported I bought a card marked as NM and there were a few white spots and a small dent. After reaching out over email and providing proof, it seems I was ghosted unfortunately. I guess they may feel there is not enough damage on the card to disqualify it from NM, i've attached a picture so other people can judge. --- EDIT 1 --- This is still unresolved, they store reviewed the evidence and offered to downgrade the card to LP and offer a 15% refund, or to have the card shipped back to them for a full refund. I choose the first option however no refund has been issued. Also the card is a $30 card.. 15% refund on $30 does not really matter but it's more the principal as i'm sure like other collectors else no one wants to be sold a card as NM but actually receive a LP card. Unfortunately at the time of this edit I have to downgrade the review due to the above. And the reply from the store saying the replied right away is misleading. Here is the timeline (2025): - Oct 28 package delivered - Oct 28 I emailed the store about the condition of the card and provided photos - Oct 28 Store replied asking for video evidence - Oct 28 Video evidence provided - Nov 6 Initial Google review written - Nov 6 Store replies to Google review saying the replied right away - Nov 6 I send a follow up on my previous email from Oct 28 where I provided the video evidence - Nov 6 Store replied and gives the options to partial refund or return - Nov 7 I reply to store and choose the partial refund - Nov 14 Time of this edit on the google review, unresolved, no refund has been issued --- EDIT 2 --- - Nov 14 After the above edit to the review the store reached out and provided a refund.
First time experience was awful , everytime I would ask for a price the person behind the counter would always start with a remark like "it's alot" and I would have to ask again for the price ...he was just really hard to work with so I ended buying what I thought was a decent deal for my 10 year old just to be ripped off 80 dollars ...after I did some research, sad.
Bought this Mew card that was marked as NM for $89. Sad to see some peeling at the bottom. I should’ve checked at the store, so letting others know to inspect your cards. EDIT: Paradox reached out and offered a full refund. Really appreciate their customer service.
