Awesome store! Came in here to buy a few MtG singles. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy with my purchases; I was also in awe how much they had available. I will definitely be back here sooner rather than later most likely.
Super friendly staff and very helpful. Go there all the time to get singles and ask questions and they always help you in any which way they can especially deal dealing with Chris. He is very helpful and knowledgable
If I could leave another disheartening review I would but I have to edit this one, the prices on their Pokémon products is disgusting. A new set just realized and they’re selling way above market. I get it stores need to make money, but instead of buying from scalpers. How about you figure out what’s going on with your distributors, because I know for a fact they aren’t taxing the store.
They were rood and want too just rip you off and unfocused seemed high and drunk so ya bad all together experience so I recommend being careful and trust your gut but not good at all
The staff are welcoming and helpful! They've always been professional and willing to answer questions, and I think this is a great local shop to support instead of buying online. They've got board games and merch for various games, and a great selection of MTG singles–I get mine here! And events! Plus they've got the cutest and most gentle shop dog, Cobalt ❤️
Hey just did a deal at your store and wanted to say Julian, Dakota, and Calvin did great customer service. Julian and Dakota were very knowledgeable about all the cards, including picking out cards from my binder. Had fun talks and showing my collection. Dakota also helped alot with using website the website on my phone. And Calvin was great at being patient at the end for me choosing which cards I was gonna go for and organizing my order
This is the best store in hamilton to purchase your favorite cards. In our case, Pokémon cards. Not only do they have knowledgeable and friendly staff, they also have ample stock. This is my new favorite! Shoutout to Dawson for all your help and sharing all your knowledge.
