Took my Hyundai Santa Fe to get tires. Staff was friendly and helpful. Tires were installed and balanced in a very timely manner. Great service. Cleanest washroom for a repair shop ever. That tells you a lot about the staff. While there, I discovered that they also do repairs and oil changes. Price is very reasonable. I will definitely be back when repairs are needed. Will also recommend to my family and friends.
I live in Grimsby call up two or three places, then I found cheapy tires, on Barton Street in Stoney Creek. I don't write reviews but I must write one for this place. First of all which impress me a lot the bathroom was super clean out of five if I could give it a six I would, also a lovely waiting room. Adam kept his promise of the price he gave me on the phone, I told him I just barged in here if you're busy I will put the tire on at home, I came back after visiting my friend and he insisted on ,putting on the tire on For me.lam (D.I.Y.) type of person. I watch the gentleman take the bolts off the tire with his electric gun. Remember my bolts on the rim are torque to the book specifications. So when the gentleman's gun took the bolts off in a heartbeat, this was an eye opener for me because I usually have to break them with with a breaker bar. So I Knew by exchanging the rim here and putting on the new Rim with he's gun this would get a good torque, and I wouldn't lose my rim down the road. I think it's a major thing, impress me a lot. Of course when I got home I had to torque them myself to my surprise everything was fine. It was my very first time at this shop worth the effort to find it. Would I use them again absolutely a five out of five. Ps. There was another deal I saw as I was leaving the garage get two tires and you get a free oil change, I'm assuming that's new, but who does that ,talk to Adam he will work with you. Called shop today Adam picked up phone and gave me good information on what I was inquiring about. Also Adam had great customer service skills. Call shop and request Adam to help.
Cheapie tires owner are very nice he helped me and give me a good price and employees John and Bill are the greatest people !!!! They were very fast in changing tires and price for tires was perfect for me not expensive at all ,I will come back for summer tires !!!Thank you so much
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!!!Bought a brand new set of Camaro mags and pirelli tires from this guy. Picked them up with my truck. Got home (I live in Sudbury) put them on and they vibrated horribly. Had to go to a real tire shop in Sudbury to have them rebalanced. Cost me $100 and 3 hrs of my time. Turned out not such a great deal.
Shopped around for new tires and thew guys have me the best price and I showed up without a appointment but they squeezed me in right away and within 30 mins I was back on the road. I will definitely use these guys again in the future .
