We had a flat at 8 p.m. on a Friday night. We called other places and they were all closed. Saw that Wheelz is available 24 hours (after hours for emergencies) and decided to try and call them. Didn’t take long for them to message me back. He checked to see if he had a replacement tire, he did have a used one. He even fixed the rim (thanks to a pothole)! Was responsible price, very nice people. I would not hesitate to call this local family business again!!! Thank you for helping us!! I would call them for winter tire change over if you have done that yet!!
Had a set of wheels that leaked air on multiple areas. This shop had great customer service, professional, knowledgeable , effecient and honest prices . My tires do not leak air any more. I am very happy and will highly recommend this business to anyone with tires/ wheels service needs .

I had a flat tire last Sunday on HWY 6, right around the time when all the auto places were closing early. Called Nick and he stayed open until the tow truck arrived, so I could get my tires replaced. I really thankful his kindness, and also his workman ship. He replaced my tires, at a decent price and wasn't going let me leave until everything was perfect! Since I live out of town I really appreciated that he was able to help me get back home that night instead having to wait the next day (for some other place) to get my tires replaced! You deserve all 5 stars of this review!
My experience with Just Wheelz was nothing short of disappointing and appalling. The customer service I encountered was absolutely horrendous, as they seemed to have no regard for their customers' needs or concerns. Not only did they mistreat me throughout my interaction with them, but I was charged significantly more and felt as though I was being taken advantage of. Their prices were very different from what I was charged, and I was told it was just "extra fees" being put into account. When I reached out to address this issue, the company denied any records or interactions with me and even went so far as to play the victim card. This blatant mistreatment should not be tolerated, and it is crucial to shed light on companies like Just Wheelz that engage in such practices. Do not deny that you have had records with me doing business with you just because I am speaking the truth. Let our voices be heard.
