Sean is always incredibly helpful and understanding. I was so grateful to discover this shop a couple of years ago after previously having to service our school’s machines elsewhere, where issues were never properly resolved and the machines constantly malfunctioned. Since bringing them to Sean, they’ve been repaired correctly every time — and given that these are school machines that rarely need follow-up servicing, that truly speaks to the quality, care, and reliability of this shop. Everyone here is consistently pleasant and professional, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Even though my school is out of town, I go out of my way to bring our machines to this location because the service is that dependable. Highly Recommend!

Went here and the incredibly nice man saved me $150. I got a singer m1500 and I’ve used it for 9 months and I’m still relatively new to sewing. I messed up my machine and thought my timing was off, but turns out I’m just a dumbass and my talking foot mechanism was wrong and my needle was backwards. The guy was really nice about it and didn’t charge me at all. Real great guy and customer service, as well as showing me better stronger needles I could use since the ones I had broke easily. Now I’m back to my projects easily and not down $150 thanks to the guy at the counter
Stopped by the store on my way to an appointment in Hamilton. Met with Shawn as i was shopping for something i can surprise my fiancée with as she’s building her fashion brand. Shawn closed me on a Brother SE2000 and now my fiancée is extremely happy because it apparently makes her life so much easier
I made an online purchase on a Tuesday and received it the following Monday (in Montreal, Qc). I was gladly surprised by the fast treatment (without an e-mail update). I purchased the Husqvarna Viking Emerald™ 118. I recommend this shop.
Excellent service! Bravo! My issue was a small one thank the lord. I walked in with my machine and Nicole replaced a piece of hardware for it right on the spot.
So I emailed them about my wife's Brother 6 needle embroidery machine and it's annual service that I forgot to do..... Sean (Owner) told me to get it in first thing Monday. He said he would do his best and in 2 days, he called for pickup !!! Amazing service, super communication, perfect job and answered several questions about another machine. BIG SHOUT OUT to Nova Sewing.... you're going to be highly ecommended!
