Stopped in to get fitted for a new pair of running shoes and had a great experience. The staff were kind, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. First time at Runners Den and we will be back. Dan (small business owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Asked great questions to understand our needs and made great suggestions. Excellent selection of brands for shoes. We also picked up some sweet shorts and a shirt from the sample rack at a steal.
I can never say enough about how amazing this team is. They are literally the most friendly shop in the city, the most knowledgeable and they are here for you. This place is fantastic, staff were crazy helpful and every shoe they have is name brand and high quality. I'm completely new to running and the person helping me showed me everything I needed to look for fit wise. The icing on the cake is they gave me 50% off because the shoe was from last season.
Just got home from shoe shopping- both Jordan and Dan were super friendly, helped us out and made sure we all got the right shoes. Great experience. Will be back and would definitely recommend.
