Online pricing is different by approximately $4 for pizza wing combo, when I asked about this was told that it had not been updated and they could not honour the price advertised in online menu. Not impressed, and added sneaky debit charge $2 .... probably will order from another place next time.
I think you need to recalculate your stuff , I’ve been waiting for 1h20 for my order and your restaurant switch the location after all that time to another restaurant means need to wait another 40 minutes , pizza in 2 hours why Coming from Toronto ! This is not a joke people ordering because need to eat quick otherwise will cook whole meal in less than 2 hours
So, we ordered online. Waited 40 minutes. Called. Was told our order was coming. Waited another 20 minutes. Called again. Was told that there was no order and they hung up on us, rather rudely. Do not give them your business.
First time ordering from this company and location, I have it delivered, delivery person was very friendly and the pizza arrived hot in about 40 mins and just as I wanted it and was delicious.. Will order again! I got a large, hand spun crust, regular sauce, pepperoni, ground hamburg, red onions and green peppers, well done, yum! Thankyou
I placed an order online and waited over an hour and still had no news about weather my order was coming or not, I then called the store to see what was going on with my order and to then be called stupid on the phone by a very rude employee because they couldn’t find my order even though I gave them the order confirmation and said they couldn’t deliver to me and hung up the phone on me not before calling me stupid again. In the end I never got my pizza and felt very belittled because This was just not a very good experience. I placed my order at 5:15 pm to then get a notification at 7:30 pm that my order would be here in another hour. Very disappointed as I am new to the neighbourhood.
I don't like pizza. But this is good quality food. Thin crust, delicious sauce, generous selection, very reasonable price. Not greasy; light and tasty.
The service by the cashier was very rude and short tempered we were bothering him, he also was hard to understand and quite. The store is very very dirty, there is no washroom or eating in despite lots of seating and a washroom, they just want your money. There are dead bugs all over the tables and window sills, at the very least clean where people can see inside the pop cooler is dirty as well.
