Terrible service. I was ordering from this place on a consistent basis. Then, I get home from work at 2am after a 15 hour shift Starving I ordered dinner for myself and someone else. It took an hour to show up. Then my food wasn't there. I phoned up and they said, sorry, I have no rice left. Well, why wouldn't you tell me right away and offer me something else to buy. The worst part is I bought somebody else something to eat. Theirs showed up and mine didn't. Then, everything else is closed because it's after 3am. When they're this slack with people's dinner, I don't trust them to keep the place clean and do anything else, right. I will never order from this inconsiderate place again. Or would I trust them. Lots of places with better food. And more considerate staff.
Orders for pick up, while everything was in the order, everything was wrong, no sauce on the wings, and pizza was missing toppings, only thing they got right was the drinks, although it was a quick ordering process and the cashier was nice.
Absolutely terrible experience. I am Muslim & we clearled ordered black olives, chicken shawarma and double cheese. We opened the box and after we had two slices, we found that there was a chunk of pepperoni in the box. We had to throw the whole pizza out because of it. When I called the place, the person that answered obviously denied it and told me to call back on Tuesday to speak to the manager as he is unable to give me a refund for a mistake they made.
I like the shawarma pizza. I’ve tried it all over the city and other places don’t compare. Only original pizza on the other side of town is on the same level for shawarma pizza.
The pizza is decent. Its the chicken wings that are the issue. I keep ordering wings expecting them to be ok but everytime they come out overcooked, undersauced and hard to the point where they're not edible. And Im not picky.
Surprisingly good, Shawarma Pizza didn't evoke confidence in me initially as I thought how could one do both? Turns out a Shawarma Pizza is pretty good, the pepperoni is as well. Not dry, flavourful, cheesey. Individual slices are 3.50 no tax for a pepperoni and $4 for shawarma, walk in specials are closer to $10 or $20 for a slab. Haven't tried anything other than the pizza so I can't comments. Parking isn't great, but there's a convenience store nearby that helps with that. Staff seem a bit miserly but I wouldn't call them rude.
Have had delivery myself after a friend raved about this location. Absolutely great food at an affordable price. Pizza yesterday was stellar. Delivery driver was professional and kind. Ten out of ten will recommend hiking to everyone.
