Every time I do an advance mobile order, they always mess it up, always late and in one occasion, they called after it was late to ask if we can pick it up. Good food but they are just unorganized and sloppy service. Shame.
I’ve always liked their pizza Locke St Pizziollo. Last week I received someone else’s pizza. Was told I had a credit.. went to order today and was told I had a 20% discount. I said that was not good enough as I had paid $30. and was to get a full credit. They agreed to deliver a replacement. It arrived with no cheese on it. Unfortunately I am done with them
It’s not bad, but it lacks any soul or originality. It’s very much boring, bland corporate chain Pizza masquerading as an independent artisan shop. I feel like whoever opened this shop or even this whole chain really wants to make a franchise and isn’t that passionate about Pizza. They are open later than a lot of other restaurants unlock, particularly on less busy days like Sunday or Monday so they have that going for them. When I’ve picked up orders, they’ve been hot and fresh for the most part. However, considering what they’re charging, the bare minimum isn’t really good enough. If it’s not late at night and basically anything else is open I would encourage you to go there. Other great options on locke Street alone are CIMA or BarDo.
I'm glad to see Pizzaiolo make its way to Hamilton. I've had it before in Toronto by the slice and enjoyed it. So when I saw this location I was looking forward to ordering a full pizza for my pizza nights. Love the crust dough and sauce. The quality is great, along with the service and staff. Of you're thinking of going with the usual chain offerings, in suggest giving this one a shot instead. Usually place my order online and pizza is usually ready in the time estimated.
Glad that I tried their Bianca Pizza, and now I’m addicted. Love every pizza we try, and the customer service is great too. Highly recommend this place.
I ordered after some friends from Toronto recommend this pizza. First off the pizza was really tasty and the crust was one of the best I have ever had. A really good chew and taste. Sauce was good and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the lack of cheese. I had read another review with this complaint and ordered extra cheese on the pizza but was disappointed that it still pretty hard to find. I don't expect a blanket of cheese but I would like to see and taste more of it.
First time cold and soggy, second time the bacon was rancid. Update!!! The pizza has improved, new business jitters at the time of my first review. It happens. Update, won't be back. Service was brutal, my 8 year old and 3 year old went by themselves to pickup the pizza, my kid was 2 bucks short and staff sent them packing. l mean, come on, throw the kid a toony..i sent them back with a tip for the good will. Pizza was missing toppings (which was actually $2 worth), and barely had any cheese, it was cold and gross. UPDATE: Because I'm the neighborhood I tried 1 more time. Pizza was just nasty. Off to Bardo.
