I was very disappointed. I grabbed what was a free pizza after 60 points in Ancaster I don’t often use this location. Took the pizza back drove approximately five minutesto feed the kids opened the box picked up a piece to put on a plate and the amount of grease on the bottom of the pizza was outrageous. I had to move the whole thing onto paper towels to try and absorb it because it was mushy and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven to try and dry it out. I did not have time to take it back at that point I needed to Feed them and leave. But I did let management know when I was asked for my review by email. I even sent a picture to them. I would’ve thought they would’ve at least offered me another one for the next time, Specific to this location, of course. That didn’t happen! I normally deal upper James and Hamilton and 99% of the time the pies are perfect and if they’re not, they immediately offer to bring another one to the house or give a replacement for next time.
Great experience tonight. Manager helped out with an issue ordering on the app. Everybody was so nice. I was greated as I walked in. It was just a great experience.
Really amazing experience with the Amhurst location! Ordered pizza for a birthday party and was waffling over how much to order and they ended up sending me an extra medium cheese pizza, which came in handy. Not to mention the pizzas were cooked to perfection. Would order from this location for sure if I'm area. ♥️
I placed my order and the delivery was very quick which worried me about the food. Was my pizzas gonna be undercooked etc. I was delighted with my food. Everything was delicious and cooked properly. Thanks Dominos for great food and great service.
GreaThis is a great place to get a great pizza every time the pizza was just the way I ordered and the one time it was not the store owner Diane made sure I was looked after beyond my expectations that's unbelievable in today's times WELL DONE
