Didn't really appreciate the girl with the short black hair and bulging eyes, (behind the counter staff on her cell phone) looking funny at me with her ,when I told her a man harassed me in the record store and then following me asking for him to stop and she did absolutely nothing!! Just staring at me. WOW!
The customer service in this store is phenomenal, I recently bought a Barbie movie bundle and a copy of rise of the guardians and had a lovely conversation with Marlie (the cashier) and I could tell how passionate they were about my opinions and the movies I was buying all around a 10/10 experience will go again!!!
they have little selection and their restocks are often not good. there is this red head girl who just walks around and does nothing and she ruins the whole experience. she doesn’t greet anyone either. during christmas the line was to the back of the store and she just walked around with her arms crossed. like? help your staff out and stop acting snobby.
They really okay for the odd rare find but checked with them for a few releases and they weren't in their system . Kinda sucks that don't get some releases . When HMV was there they were better . Sunrise is okay but not on the level that HMV was . They need to be able to have all the latest releases to call themselves a decent record store or don't waste people's time and make them go other routes such as Amazon or Ebay . Then again they'll go the pop music teeny bopper route .
The gentleman helped me out with looking for some items. Was very helpful and gave friendly excellent customer service at Limeridge Mall at 945am. Said have a nice day sir. I recommend this store because they will help you with whatever you need.
Bought the new Billie album on vinyl and the cashier was absolutely lovely, she told me all about the collectors edition sunrise exclusive and the poster that came with it. I really wish I remembered her name because she definitely deserves a raise. My friend @sammyytalukder on twitter would have loved her!
They didn't have much of a urban section selection was very limited and certain CD prices were way too high, but there movie selection was very versatile which was great to see!!! I would go back again!
