I visited the Sarah & and Tom store in Hamilton Ontario. The store was very clean and had so many kpop albums. Prices were reasonable too. The staff person working seemed uninterested to talk to me about kpop. Maybe not in talkative mood that day. Oh well.
I asked for ISTJ SMini Jaemin ver back in September and they were nice enough to offer to get it for me from another location. Despite the delay in arrival (we are now in December) they were very accommodating and communication was excellent. They added some freebies for the delay, and was also able to put aside a Stray Kids Hop Lee Know ver. aside for me even tho it was a new release and (probably) in demand. Excellent customer service & the pulls from the albums were awesome ?
Cool if you want some Kpop merch. I don't like how they sell posters of unoriginal art work. They take fan drawn or official art for animes and sell them as posters which feels off to me to me since the original artist aren't being supported
Sarah and Tom is the go-to Kpop store in Hamilton! The staff are always friendly, and willing to help you with any questions you may have, and the prices are much better than buying Kpop at other music stores, such as Sunrise. If you haven't already, I very much recommend checking the place out!
Workers are so friendly and nice. I went to buy some gifts for a friend and don’t know that much about most kpop groups and they helped me find what I was looking for and were so nice about it. It’s a pretty cool store overall too, have a bunch of stuff there and it was fun to look around.
We discovered this place in Halifax and were so happy to see one here in Hamilton. Kids are big anime fans and love this store! Great selection of posters at a great price.
