If I could give zero starts I would. While the movers themselves were professional they accidentally dropped my washer down the stairs. The owner has been terrible to deal with and won't pay to have it replaced. On top of that there is no Ontario head office and the west coast head office doesn't even know how the Ontario structure works. It has been an absolute mess and still two weeks later, I am without a washer. Even as a national company, there is no accountability to their name. I would have been better off doing the move myself.
These guys were amazing. They asked me to include their names and even wrote it down on a piece of paper and I lost it. Im sorry guys! Best service! Would use these guys again in a second. Super professional, on time, fast work for reasonable price. Packed the truck like Tetris. Amazing. Not one thing broken. Never felt worried at any time that something was going to go wrong. They disassembled and reassembled my bedroom set perfectly with no damage whatsoever. Even helped move couch pieces to the right place. Thanks guys I didnt have to lift a finger. If I could give ten stars I would.
Avoid this moving company at all costs! There must be a lot of fake reviews on here! My Fiance and I used their services 2 months ago. Let's just say that there were quite a few valuable things missing during the move, even money out of my handbag! In all of my years, I have never in my life had this happen with any of my moves. I found out that one of the employees has a criminal record and can't travel to the states, are you kidding? I always write good reviews on good services and small business's, I can't do that for this company. They have had full opportunity to make this right and they have failed to correct this problem. They also lied to me about firing this man that I had mentioned. I now feel as though I MUST warn people about this moving company for their own protection. If it's too late and you hired them to move you.....Watch them like a Hawk! Protect your valuables! I wouldn't even give them 1 star, I had to put one up here to post this.
I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with Adrian and Tanner!!!! They are friendly, hard-working, careful and efficient. They even put my bed together for me!!!! And they had to go to 2 different locations today in the heat but not one complaint!!! I am a repeat customer and I will continue to recommend this company to everyone I know!!! Well worth every penny!!
I used Two Small Men with Big Hearts for a move this weekend - Hamilton to Grimsby, and not only was the price reasonable for the amount of work (three-story house to another three-story house), but the crew was exceptional to work with. They arrived on time, were polite and careful as they worked, and checked in a number of times to explain as needed or confirm that we were happy with the progress. Adrian is an EXPERT at packing the truck - I was amazed with how much of our stuff he was able to make fit! More than happy with all of the guys - Adrian, Marco and Marcus were all so positive throughout the day, and had a great sense of humour despite the long day and back-breaking work. No complaints at all. Will definitely contact them for any future moves!
