Food was great and the portions were pretty good. However the customer service was even better! It was a really nice guy, who gave out great recommendations and was very friendly! Ty e place was also very cosy, decorated with Christmas decorations!
I visited this location yesterday afternoon and was greeted by a very courteous employee. I appreciated the friendly interaction and the careful attention to my order. It is always refreshing to encounter welcoming and engaging staff.
I have to say the customer service here was awesome. Aman is so sweet and kind and had a smile on her face. Even if I didn’t like the food, I’d come back just to talk to her!
I had a wonderful experience at Bar Burrito. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Preeti, one of the staff members, was incredible and made sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend visiting this location — especially if Preeti continues to be part of the team. Her service alone makes the trip worthwhile!
I wish I could give negative star. So dirty place , regular bean burrito, feels so small. Usually go to another location and so happy about burrito and bowl. So disappointed. Will never go back.
The barBURRITO here in Waterdown is actually very nice, the owner there, Dharm, is very swell too, if your unsure of the things to try or get, he’s happy to help. I highly recommend try here if not tried already
Their Doordash and skipthedishes information says they offer halal meat but after calling the staff, they confirmed it is not. Misleading and false advertising!
