Skin Solutions is amazing. The facials are of incredible quality (and value!) and the staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend! I moved from Hamilton and have been missing it ever since.

I’ve been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. Most recently had the hydro facial with Manda… nearly drifted off into dream land. My skin is at it absolute best because of the team’s recommendations and services. They used to be my GOTO waxing spot until I switched over to their laser treatments… 10/10!
The Wax Lounge staff are always so welcoming and friendly. The space is relaxing and calm. Raine is such an amazing person. She always makes me feel so comfortable and I always leave my appointment feeling amazing! I highly recommend The Wax Lounge!
I got my eyebrows microbladed here and the girl did a horrible job so I gave the business a one-star rating. They then responded to my review, “We are clearly aware that you are the best friend of an employee that we had to let go 2 days prior to this review you left from your business page. We are also aware of you never actually having a service with us.” This is highly unprofessional and entirely inaccurate. I don’t know anyone who’s ever been employed here and I’ve received services from them twice. So here’s another poor review for you!
I went to the wax lounge for a lash lift and tint and it was so lovely. They were do accommodating with my schedule and it honestly felt like a mini vacation. Definitely going back...
