They helped with a TON of laundry from a very unfortunate bed bug situation in a problem apartment. Professional, timely, SO clean even tho we had over 20 bags of laundry! Amazing people with perfect service, don't sleep on Splash Laundry!
Had a washer that wouldn't fill all the way up with water. Even had a error message come up at about 5 mins into the load. Was told by the attendant there to call the help number and I did. No answer when I called no answer and didnt my money back for the load. Terrible experience. Do better splash been coming there since you opened never been so disappointed as I was today.
Nice place It was super cleanConfused at first no coins needed anymore..You have to purchase a laundry card...It was supposed to be a one time visit to wash my mattress cover..Needed the really large washer 9 Dollars.Didnt use the card machine properly Stuck with 10$ balance.The missing $ was the fee for getting the card.All that's ok new modern times.
Used this service a few times and it’s always great- the clothes smell amazing and it’s so nice to get everything back neatly folded and ready to put away. It’s such a great option for busy weeks. And as an additional note- this week not only did pick up get mixed up (by me) and they came and nothing was there for them to take, but when they very kindly rescheduled me I stupidly left my entire wallet in a pocket and it was packaged up so carefully in an envelope PLUS they emailed me to let me know. Excellent service and really appreciate their kindness and patience ☺️

I have to say, I’ve used Splash Laundry service twice in the last couple months as I had a severe injury and couldn’t go up and down stairs in my apartment building. The first time using them, I was surprised that they delivered it in one of their big laundry bags and had my ratty old laundry bag folded at the bottom. The clothes were separated in tied plastic bags which was convenient. I used them a second time and again I had no complaints about their service. The only thing I get nervous about is when they finally weigh my bag lol it was 35lbs but it was a lot of laundry, blankets, towels etc and only cost me $53 and that’s to pick up, wash and fold and deliver back home to me within 24hrs. I will definitely use this company again as I’ve had no issues at all with them.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the don't have many baskets and folding tables other than that the place was clean, very helpful attendant. The machines are fairly new and in good condition. The price is the same as the others in the area that I have been to.
