This place is amazing! It's very clean and quiet and the staff are incredibly helpful. I brought in a giant rug that needed to be washed they helped me with it made suggestions. Shout out to Cheryl for making this a quick and enjoyable process!
I’ve been taking laundry to Lux for several years now for the wash n fold service. It’s a nice feeling knowing that you are going to always have it done right at a fair price and quickly. As usual, the lowest reviews are made by people that don’t like to follow rules or have bad intentions. I don’t post a lot of reviews but when I feel that a business or person needs to be recognized I will share. This laundromat is a treasure!
I had a large carpet that needed to be cleaned. The staff were helpful and showed me what machine to use and had good suggestions. In the end the carpet turned out great and it didn't cost a lot. I highly recommend this place if you need to clean carpets or clothes. They have a great selection of large washers and dryers and the owner along with the staff were great!!!
Such a nice facility with very friendly attendants ...plenty of Lux lounging including an outdoor sitting area.. For large blankets and duvets I will always visit..thank you for making my visit pleasant ?
This laundromat would be a lot better if the employees didn’t throw their cigarettes all over the ground or smoke right in front of the doors, blowing their smoke in my face.
Very Very clean location and very competitive prices. Be careful what time you go cause it can get very busy!
Despite all the great reviews l can't say l have had the best experience doing laundry here. Once the dryer l was using was just not working properly. Told the manager nothing was done about it. Another time l washed blankets without realizing that there was a rag in there that made my laundry smell bad. Wish l had checked the machine thoroughly. Another time again kept feeding the dryer money and didn't work. So sorry to say but not the best laundromat but definitely one of the better ones around.
Best Laundromat in the city... hands down. Always clean, working change machine. Good hours. Staff is always friendly.... and COOKIES. nuff said ;)
I just moved to Hamilton and have never used a Laundromat in my life but the lady was so kind to me, showed me around and showed me how to use the machines. Used the free wifi to do homework while I waited. Can't wait to come back!
Best laundromat in Hamilton. Lovely new washers & dryers. Four sizes of washers, 2, 3, 4 & 6 load. Free (good) coffee & cookies. Very clean & machines in good order. Comfortable seating. Nice outdoor seating area as well Staff on site. Highly recommend!
