It’s disgustingly hot in here. You would think that in the summer, and especially with all the heat waves we have been having, that they would turn on the ac. I see that there’s one above the front door. You can’t even sit inside or you’ll pass out.
Owner is incredibly ignorant to anyone who leaves constructive criticism, or reviews under 5 stars, which is petty and emotionally immature. Yes, machines are often out of order for extended periods of time; “66 other machines” doesn’t matter if your machines are constantly out of service. Fix them or remove them. Yes, it IS always filthy there; it doesn’t matter what time of day you go. We’re talking caked up grime and dead bugs on windowsills, baseboards and the floor, NOT what customers supposedly did as the owner claims. There’s no reason why staff can’t come in during the day like any other establishment does to maintain cleanliness. If you can’t offer sterile, safe environments with the most basic accommodations of restrooms, good airflow (for bad smells and so people aren’t overheating), and cleanliness, and not allowing loiterers begging for money or sleeping on the floor in the way, you shouldn’t be running a business. Customers’ wellbeing & safety comes above all else. Paying customers have every right to leave reviews and criticism. That’s when you correct what’s repeatedly criticized to better your business and boost reviews instead of angrily replying to every “bad” review.
I have been going to this laundromat for over 40 years it was there when I was a little kid and it's still there the cleanest and some of the best machines I've ever seen we were in there doing our laundry just now two of us and the guys actually fixing the machine easy even going out of his way to pay people back lost money and I know that for a fact excellent place to do laundry
Always clean, large or small machines. Front or top load. 2 sizes dryer's too. Vending machine has soap, dryer sheets & garbage bags. Also has a change machine. Owner is very nice & reasonable too. Been going here for 11yrs.
Clean, decent hours, plenty of washers and dryers and spacious. Oh and they have snacks so if you don't feel like walking across the street to the corner store, there are snacks right there.
