Went in for sugar cane juice at 8pm, mall closed at 9:30pm. I got refused, said they already washed the machine. I then bought $10 orange juice, first time having it but it turned out to be store-bought version, tasted like Sunny D. Disappointed :(.
The gentleman there is such a genuine and kind person. Ive visited this location more recently the last 2 years of having my youngest daughter. We would walk the mall and split a smoothie. The gentleman was always so helpful in putting a smoothie in her cup for her to enjoy. Today my husband went in to get me a smoothie to bring home. When the owner realized my husband was bringing it home for me, he put a little extra in a small cup for my daughter to enjoy as well. My daughter lit up with joy when he came home with it. The customer service is amazing and the quality of smoothie is just as good. Its people like him that make a difference in the most simplest ways. My Daughter gets excited going to the mall and seeing him. She says its the "yummiest" smoothie ever.
I asked for a strawberry chocolate kunafa. Disappointed with the taste of chocolate asked the cashier working about the chocolate because it tasted like cheap dollarrama chocolate. The cashier told me the owner is the one that buys the chocolate. So it's not good quality chocolate then? She told me that's correct.
They started kunafa with good quality chocolate, sweet strawberries and large sized cup. A month later i tried again and they changed the cup size to medium. A few more weeks later tried again and they changed their chocolate to some cheap dark chocolate. The cashier says these changes are made by manager which is a bad move as the launched product was amazing but the product now is comparatively cheap quality. The price remained same and its been 6 months. At least make sure strawberries are sweet. 1 star for cost cutting sacrificing quality.
