They never get any flavor to taste right in this location. I buy from other locations too and some are a hit and miss, but on this specific location, it just never tasted the same. Something’s always missing. It’s so sad because it’s close to my workplace. I keep giving it a chance. But I guess this is my last visit.
The smoothies (lemon berry & wild-berry) and wraps (guacamole black bean) are an absolute delight — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made! A big thanks to Prutha for her exceptional service and ever-smiling attitude that adds so much warmth to the experience.
I was quite disappointed with my order. I asked for the Heavenly Horizon fresh juice, but was given readymade juice from a machine. When I requested a replacement, it was diluted with water, which further lowered the quality. This feels misleading to guests who expect fresh juice. I drink fresh juice daily at Booster Juice, and the difference in quality was clear. I recommend reviewing how juices are prepared so guests get what they are promised.
Stopped in at Booster Juice on a hot Saturday afternoon and wow—exactly what I needed! The fresh juice was perfectly refreshing, cool but not icy (just the way I like it, since the fruit itself was chilled). They filled the cup right to the brim, which felt like a little victory ?. The place was spotless and well-kept, making the whole visit even better. Sometimes the simple things make the biggest difference—this was one of those times!
Horrible customer service. Was told my two children were not allowed to share a drink that i paid for, that i needed to buy two drinks. Ridiculous policy.
Since the management changed, this Booster Juice has been fantastic! The team is welcoming and efficient, and the quality of the smoothies has noticeably improved. It feels like they really care now about the customer experience. Definitely my favorite spot again!
