I brought a bed frame for a queen size mattress. The frame broke within three months and I called the store to ask for replacement and they said the warranty was only 30 days. Not at all happy with my purchase and issue unresolved.
horrible customer service..we ordered a mattress and was told 3 days..we arranged for a pick up truck and we got no phone call...I called a week later and was told it was there...(thanx for the call) the woman on the phone was rude...we pick up today and no one was there to help my husband pick up both of them and put it on the roof...also they were 2 queen mattresses that were being put on top of the hood of a SUV so not exactly easy to do on your own...we will never order from this place again
