The process can be so time-consuming, but Garrett never rushed us and took the time to make sure everything fit properly and comfortably. His knowledge was outstanding, and he explained things in a way that made us feel confident in every purchase. Truly went above and beyond — this level of customer service is hard to find.
Fantastic hockey gear shop! You can actually try out sticks here and choose the one that truly fits your style — huge advantage. The staff was extremely helpful and assisted in selecting the right helmet, pads, and other gear. They really know their stuff and care about their customers. Highly recommend for both beginners and experienced players!
My husband was just turned away for a refund for two brand new items purchased one week ago because management (MANAGER: BRETT) does not want stock from another store and doesn’t want their sales numbers to be affected. The return policy is clear, returns are accepted at ANY of our retail stores AS PER THE WEBSITE. “We can only give you a credit if you didn’t buy it here”, sorry but that isn’t the policy. Inconveniencing your customers doesn’t come before meeting your sales targets for the month. We will be contacting head office to ensure that staff at this location receive appropriate coaching and training.

Went in for a skate fitting. Staff member Bray was top notch from start to finish. Helped me decide between skates with knowledge and insight. He explained the process and walked me through it. I literally came from out of town because of this store’s great reputation. I was not disappointed. Cudos to the management for putting together such a great staff with such a deep talent pool.
Visited this location to try on some goalie equipment and determine proper sizing and Matthew helped me tremendously. He offered great opinions on brands and how equipment should fit, look, and feel. Made my buying experience very easy!
