5 stars, Gem of a local shop. Waypoint Games is one of those rare places that reminds you why small, local shops matter. I picked up a premium Pokémon box that turned out to have widespread factory damage—not the store’s fault at all, and the first and only time I've experienced that here—but Simon, the shop owner, took the time to genuinely listen and walked me through the process of contacting Pokémon support for a resolution. He didn’t brush it off, didn’t deflect—just offered kind, thoughtful help. That kind of customer care is so rare, especially in the collectibles space. You can tell Simon actually loves what he does and respects the people who walk through his door. The shop has a really chill, welcoming vibe, and they carry a nice range of TCG products. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back not just to buy, but to feel part of something. Huge thank you to Simon for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back.
I attended To have lunch and a long over due visit with my son. We arrived and there was a new development with new buildings and we drove around the area looking for this place with no luck. Did not even see a physical building. It looks like either google maps got it wrong or it has closed and new development moved in. Most reviews were older so quite possible.
Awesome, cozy place with great games and lots of room. Kind and helpful staff! Menu is a bit barebones (only 3 snacks, teas, pop and coffees) but the latte was delicious. We will be back!
After an unsuccessful attempt to find two board games, I contacted this store. Not only did THEY locate both games, they also had them delivered to their store for an extremely reasonable cost. When the games promptly arrived, they notified me right away. Price was exactly as quoted. An employee who has finishing up their shift, as in already clocked out, held the door open for me on my way out. There were a few customers that seemed to be promptly served, as well as an ongoing game being played in the main area. Despite having multiple customers in store, employees provided full attention to each of us, ensuring our questions were answered and needs addressed. Everyone I interacted with was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I believe they have moved locations since my visit, but the store was clean and well lit.
