I came in with my son as he is working on a school project. I can't emphasize how patient, helpful and enthusiastic Jonathan was in helping my son pick out what he needed. This is why you go to small businesses! You cannot get this kind of customer service from mass retailers. Great selection, great service, and an all around wonderful experience. They even referred us to their model store where we bought some models for gifts. Definitely worth the trip from Toronto and will be coming back again!

Employees there are supper nice and know exactly what they are talking about and even if you aren't ready to buy they don't pressure you at all. I ordered online because they had the best price for the Ascent 18 in Canada. There was a little mistake with the available stocks on their website, so I couldn't get the color I initially wanted. Chris's House called me and fixed the problem with a proposition I couldn't refuse, while also providing me some tips and useful free mods to look into for the Ascent 18. What a wonderful customer service, they are knowledgeable and that's definitely the right way to treat customers! Shipping was quick, the Ascent 18 is smooth and working really well.
