They don't always honour sales pricing. Be sure to check your bill to make sure you get what is offered. When they are approached about discrepancies they become very unfriendly and aggressive. It is only the Rymal store. The Healthy Planet on Centennial is great so this store must be struggling and/or poorly managed. I will avoid the Rymal store in the future.
The products here are excellent great quality and always reliable. The manager was also kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. However, my experience was negatively impacted by an employee named Max, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I approached him, he acted like I was inconveniencing him, gave off a very unpleasant attitude, and made me feel like I was a bother just for asking a simple question. His tone and body language were completely inappropriate for a customer facing role. While I still value the store for its products, it’s disappointing when one employee’s behavior takes away from the overall experience. I hope this is addressed, because no customer should feel disrespected or unwelcome.

Their new staffers seem to be too possessive of their ashwagandha and lion mane testosterone! Will keep howering around you asking if you need help!! Cmon shaman back off a little !
Location is easily accessible by bus. Although the store is on the smaller side it's very organized with a wide selection of products. Since shopping here I have found the staff very approachable and knowledgeable. They actually take the time to explain the proper use of the products. Whether you are new or a seasoned consumer of natural health product you will find great value in the shopping experience.
The staff at this location are amazing! Incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and patient. Also, the store is clean and pricing and sales are clearly indicated. I always find what I need with ease!
