My wife called in and asked for an appointment. They obliged. Her hair stylist Natalie was very polite and friendly. She did an excellent job, my wife was very happy with her work.
Victoria did my hair in a blowout and she was fantastic! No judgement at all and she was so kind and patient with my thick hair. It looked great and I highly recommend seeing her! My daughters both got their hair in updos as well and the entire staff was so friendly and wonderful.
Angela is the greatest! I got a full head of highlights done by her recently and i've never received so many compliments! This is my third time getting my hair done by her, she's a colour pro!! I highly recommend :)
Got my hair washed and cut by Sydney and have never left a hair appointment feeling happier. I had never been to this salon before but a haircut on a whim and her good reviews brought me in today. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and overall was such a lovely and warm person. Thank you Sydney, was wonderful to meet you!
I went there for just a blow out cause I was running late for a meeting and I wanted to look somewhat put together. I was just looking to get my hair blow dry as I already had a shower and my hair was wet wet. They wet my hair even more after i told them that my hair takes a long time to get it dryed as i already told them that I was just looking to get my hair dryed. The staff was not helpful, not very pleasant, just over all a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend going here. I would give them a 0 if it was allowed
My experience here was okay. It started that the Stylist was late. My appiontment was at 12. At 12:15 we finally got started. The woman that did my hair although she did a great job, she made it sound like I was lucky to get an appiontment with her. I guess she doesn't need new clients... I'll probably go back and try someone else. 3 stars for me.
I've been going to Total Image since I was in college. I went in on New Years Eve for a haircut (that included a side shave). I was super happy that they were able to fit me in on short notice. I loved my haircut but the lady that did my hair tried to convince me multiple times not to do it because I have such long healthy hair. Fast forward, I went to get a routine hair trim. The lady that was cutting hair that evening, informed me that she could trim the long part of my hair but that she wasn't experienced with short haircuts (trimming my side shave), so she would be taking me to their sister salon around the corner. This was perfectly fine. She did a great job with the long part. I thought I was happy with the side shave side because my hair was down (I had worn it down for about a week afterward. However, when I went to put my hair in a ponytail, there were chunks of untrimmed hair that made my ponytail look like the bride of Chucky. I had to get the untrimmed chunks of hair fixed in order for it to look good. I feel like this salon was amazing, when I had straight long hair, but I don't think it suits my needs, now that I have a side shave. Beware if you have an untraditional hairstyle, the hair dressers are not experienced enough at this location, or at their sister salon, to handle anything but straight and long. Update: I posted this 3 years ago, I have been back since, as mentioned, this has been my go to salon since college. I have grown my hair back out from the side shave and decided to go with a peekaboo brown/blonde dye to add edge instead (about two months ago now). I’ll admit, I went to another salon a couple of times this year for my regular trims, because Total Image didn’t have any time slots available. I LOVED the shape of it. My dye 2 months ago (at Total Image) went amazing! The stylist that dyed it (at Total Image) and I agreed it added so much dimension to the shape and I loved it even more!! ……until Teresa got a hold of it. Last week, I went in to get the roots touched up, the brown freshened up (it faded. No big deal, that’s normal), and a trim. I specifically stated I just wanted everything taken up an inch or two as a trim but that I loved the layers. Teresa told me “what layers? there are no layers in your hair.” ? the “layers” she allegedly added have completely taken the shape I had away. I usually get swoopy side bangs done. Teresa cut my bangs in two straight cuts. I tried to request it be fixed, she said “it’s something that will be fixed with blow drying” I had told her before hand that I only air dry my hair. When she was done, she was showing me my hair in the mirror and I visibly looked deflated to which she said “it’s not that bad. It still looks good on you.” Over the past week, I’ve tried to see if my normal routine would be the key to making it look shapely….I have to say, the bangs are just straight up botched. Do NOT let Teresa cut or dye your hair.
