I asked for a style here for an event. An updo. I have hair down past my hips and a hairstylist mixed me up with another customer and chopped my hair in a chunk up to my shoulders. I saw her grab scissors and said WAIT. She continued to speak to her friend and didn't even look while she was cutting. She noticed her mistake after I pulled away. I was upset and she now had to finish the style. When told manager what happened and asked for a discount or refund she got angry with me and said "NO WELL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO HONEY GLUE YOUR HAIR BACK ON?? DONT COME BACK HERE THEN AGAIN." Hairstylist tried to reason with her about the mistake and instead but she ignored her and made me pay for a haircut I really didn't want and told me I am not to come back. I did not yell. I wasn't angry or swearing at her. Neither was my mom. We just asked for a refund on a haircut I didn't even ask for.
I CANT BELIEVE SHE CALLED ME A LIAR..I went in to have my eyebrows tinted for the first time ever. Once it started to burn I calmly asked if this is a normal part of the process. The woman who had applied the tint advised it shouldnt burn and asked if I would like to leave it on. Once she understood my urgency in not wanting a chemical burn on my face she removed the tint. This is when her coworker came over and said I am not calling you a liar... but if you skin were burning it would be red, and your face is fine. Then continued to inspect my face and tell me my skin is completely fine and she sees no evidence of irritation. This is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. I would never suggest anyone to go there!
Got my eyebrows done here for the first time and had a positive experience. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but the girl I had was really gentle and thorough, my brows were nicely shaped and even.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I asked the girl to fix the shape because I did not like the shape she had originally gave me. When I asked her this, I could tell her attitude changed with me. Then she refused to change my eyebrow shape and said" that the way your eyebrow are'' Like umm no? When I went to pay she began to speak in a foreign language to her coworkers about me. when I comfort her about this she literally yelled at me . I Have never been to salon where I have encountered such bad customer service. Lilianne you need to learn how to treat your clients with respect and learn how to take criticism.
Really bad customer service. Went for upper lip wax, the girl doing it tore my lip and dint even apologize, only said that my lip was dry.
