Today was my daughter's first day in the Aerial program at HGA and I was extremely impressed from start to finish!! From the second we walked in the receptionist Alexa greeted us with a smile and answered all my questions then showed us where to go from there. Then my daughter met her Coach, Brooke. She introduced herself with such a welcoming smile and was so encouraging to my daughter. As they went off I went to sit down and watched. I observed the entire gym and I was extremely impressed with how the coaches were teaching. What really caught my attention was each coach had about 3-5 students in their group which gave them time to work with them individually. I was also impressed with the amount of different equipment they had to offer. We came from a much smaller gym so I'm happy to see that my daughter will get a chance to use all equipment that gymnastics has to offer. My daughter came home a happy girl!
This has been one of my best customer service experiences I've had in the last few years. I screwed up on my child's registration. Frustrated, I emailed their customer support and my issue was resolved within a couple hours of my mistake. Their response and professionalism was above and beyond anything I have encountered lately and I am truly impressed with their establishment. After having taken my daughter to her first class, I am entirely behind this team of people working with the HGA. Thank you for taking pride in your work, it shows and is appreciated.
My children have attended Hamilton Gymnastics Academy since 2016 in a variety of programs - we have always had a positive experience. Our experience during COVID has been amazing - the Head Coach/Owner and Recreation Director have always made decisions that put the health and safety of the gymnasts and their staff first - rather than the business first. The coaches have rolled with the changes and kept both in person and on-line classes/training fun. Kudos to keeping my little gymnast engaged, progressing, and safe throughout the last couple years!
We truly enjoyed our time with Hamilton Gymnastic Academy. My children began classes here as soon as they could walk. The coaches helped fuel their love for gymnastics and movement and helped set such a great foundation for their overall social development. The environment is safe, motivating, and energetic.
At first seems expensive, but it is a long "season". Been taking my kids for years. Some good coaches, some not so good. For young kids find the program too repetitive to keep my kids interests.
HGA is a great not for profit organization that promotes the sport of gymnastics for children of all abilities and teaches to their individual needs and goals. My two daughters and our family have a 35 year relationship with HGA as competitive athletes who later became certified coaches to volunteers in every possible capacity. Not only did they learn fantastic gymnastic skills, my girls learned about setting goals, taking instruction and accepting correction, amazing life skills that they have taken into their chosen professions. They learned to help out their team mates, and to be proud not only of their own accomplishments but those of others. The staff and coaches at HGA have a great love of their sport and the children in their care, and always keep the children's physical and emotional safety as their highest priority. I would recommend this organization to any parent looking for a safe and nurturing environment for their budding gymnast.
My daughters have been gymmasts at Hamilton Gymmastics Academy for a number of years now. Our experience with the gym has been very positive. Both girls have had a number of fantastic coaches over the years who have taken the time to teach them new skills and help them develop confidence in their own abilities. I am amazed at how much they have learned and progressed over the years in both the aerials and competitive program and to say thank you, doesn't seem enough. It is through their particoption in the gym that they have both developed a tremendous love for the sport and a pride in their accomplishments. Between both of my daughters, our family is at the gym 6 days a week. We have watched many skills be taught not only to them but to other girls in the gym and we have watched the joy on the faces of many children as they do a skill for the first time. We have found that as a whole, the coaches take the time to know their gymnasts' abilities, understand their strengrhs and shortcomings and help them develop and progress through their skills independently and on a time line that they feel comfortable with. Thank you Hamilton Gymnastics Academy! I have, and will continue to recommend the club to anyone looking for a gym that supports their gymnasts and guides them to believe in themselves and encourage them to be the best that they can be.
