Went here today to shop for Christmas presents and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional customer service! I unfortunately did not get the name of the lovely woman who helped me out, but you made the hectic Christmas shopping so much more pleasant and wonderful! They have a wide variety of products to choose from making it the perfect place to shop for gifts (for any season) or for yourself! A lovely spot with absolutely unreal customer care to match the beautiful wares. The team at Pretty Grit has gone above and beyond multiple times to hand-deliver orders early or switch to a more economical delivery method and refund me the difference, even when it hasn't been requested.
I shop here all of the time for closing gifts for my clients when they move. I shop here for wedding, birthday, anniversary, get well, gifts and I shop here for myself and have added a few cool home decor pieces for myself. The owner of the store is lovely and an amazing part of the James St. & Hamilton Community.
I've been a fan of Pretty Grit for a long time now. Someone commented it's not a place for deals, but I just purchased beautiful, unique ceramic knobs for a dresser there, and it was cheaper than going to Anthropologie. PG is a classic example of all the best things about Hipster Hamont. They also have hilarious cards, and great bar items.
Nice little shop, I wouldn't expect to come here if you are looking for a deal but they have nice things and great birthday cards. I would recommend looking around if you're in the neighborhood and are doing some shopping.
Fantastic space, laid back vibe with tons of really nice home decor, etc. Stop in and pick up a few pieces for your home, you won't regret it. Their prices are really reasonable.
