The BEST shop could not recommend them more. The sweetest woman helped me pick out something nice for my boyfriend and he LOVED it. 10/10 would recommend very affordable and they actually care about making people happy. She even doodled a heart for me in my note :) Thank you so much!!

I'm happy with my order. They look so delicious. They don't display fresh fruits or fresh arrangements in their coolers because I understand these being fruits do not sit too much in the cold . For a fresh taste better this way.
Very disappointed with this place! Don't order from here! Ordered a birthday gift for my mom and forgot to add flowers so I called them and the lady said yes no problem (they should know if they had flowers or not when talking on the phone) anyways didn't call me to let me know that they didn't have flowers so they decided to give my mom cookies instead (she doesn't really like cookies, also $40+ difference) I've called and called and keep being told I'll get my money back or someone will call me later and no one has yet to call me. So now they stole my money and this is the only other way to let others know not to trust this place! Horrible business. This happened in January, its still an issue and I still haven't got my money back or a phone call. Horrible! Don't go here Update after they responded to this review: Sent email out on September 8th 2022 explaining the situation. Haven't heard anything back yet. Don't have high hopes for getting my money back for items that never been received. Be prepared to deal with this when ordering, from this location especially. Update again: Still no email Dec 10th 2022. Almost 1 year later waiting for my money back but too tired of waiting on the phone and waiting for responses. Do Not Order From This Location!!!!!!!!!!!! Not saying all are bad, this one is ! Update again.. 4 more days it will be a year since this had happened. I noticed they replied to this post saying they have paid me, which is false, I just went through every bank statement for the past year and nothing from edible arrangements or a refund of any kind from a different account, even a close or that exact amount. I refuse to call them anymore because of the rude service I've experienced on the phone. Do not order from here. As I would love to because my mom used to enjoyed it but I will not order anything anymore sadly. Update again, I've looked through my records multiple times and never received anything but I've definitely sent the money. Would you like screenshots Do not trust this place.
Good stuff. I'd made an error on my order and was late in addressing it, customer service was great in helping out, was able to make last minute adjustment and saved me some dough. Did the summer birthday fruit and cupcakes, made my neice very happy and product was fresh and tasty. Tyvm for the help
Place is an absolute joke they came for a delivery but only had the delivery paper no product they "forgot" it. They came back over 24 hours later for delivery when the party was already over. They don't answer the phones and their customer service is the worst I had to deal with in my life. I would stay away from here to avoid disappointment will not recommended them to anyone.
